My wedding favors made my transaction very quick and pleasant, and the people I spoke to were very polite and helpful, I would rate them EXCELLENT overall. I just did not receive my whole order in the mail. I received 54 when I ordered 150. But they took quick action and said I would have them by the end of July. Thank you!!

Product was great, however did not arrive when I expected. The product was backordered, but I was not made aware of this until I called to find out about it. The product was then rush ordered to me. (I ordered the umbrella place card holders--They are adorable and make great favors when filled with mints and wrapped with tulle!)

I purchased one wine stopper from MyWeddingFavors as a sample favor for an upcoming shower that I am hosting. The cost of the wine stopper was only $2.50 so, I was worried about the quality (why I only ordered one). It arrived within a few days and I was extremely pleased with the quality. I will definitely be ordering several more as my event approaches. I plan to tell all of my soon-to-be-wed friends to check out this website from low-cost, high quality wedding favors.

I could not have asked for better customer service and the delivery was great. I called one week prior to my daughters wedding and everything arrived by Thursday. Everything was packaged well and the products were even more beautiful than their pictures. The person I had contact with went above and beyond. There was one item I wanted and it could not be delivered in time so she called me back and recommended another item that everyone loved. Thank you for having this merchant on your site.

My order was suppose to be shipped within 5-7 days. I called when I did not receive the package which had not yet been shipped. I was easily able to reach them and they then sent the package 2 day air. I did receive it on time but had to put the favors in the bag myself. Not a big deal but paid the full price. In the end everyone loved the favors.

I was very impressed with their customer service (a representative from the company called me the day I placed my order and told me that although they were currently out of the merchandise I ordered, they expected another shipment in a week and I did receive my merchandise in a timely manner and was extremely pleased with the product.
