Shipping was extremely fast! I had requested a phone call to confirm receipt of my order, and I never received a call. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise, transaction awes excellent.

I have not received the merchandise yet. because of the location of where the candles come from to My Wedding Favors the hurricane has slowed the mail. I called and left a message not during work hours, then called during work hours. the company was polite and helpful. Later the same day I was called by the company form my message. I would say this is good customer service so far.

Delivery was right on time --product was exactly like the picture--very happy with service--thank you

I recently purchased wedding favors and place card holders. I ordered the dolphin place card holders, the dolphin bottle stoppers for the adults, and the lighthouse boxes for the younger guest. Immediately after my order was placed I received an e-mail confirming my order along with a contact name and phone number incase I had any questions or concerns. My order arrived within days of my purchase, everything was accounted for and in excellent condition. The quality and PRICE met or exceeded my expectations. I searched the web for wedding favors and found the same things for far more money. My only regret is that I did not order one more set of lighthouse boxes for myself. They are just darling. I would encourage anyone looking for wedding favors to consider using MY WEDDING FAVORS. Its been a pleasure.

I ordered 144 personalized wedding hang tags and they arrived in less then two weeks. They were beautifully done and exactly as depicted on their web site. Everything I experienced with My Wedding Favors was par excellent and I highly recommend them. I am definitely ordering additional items for my daughters wedding from them soon.

My Wedding Favors carries many items for your wedding at a fraction of the cost of other sites. They also offer many different ideas and many customizing options. I purchased my wedding favors (no pun intended), which were already assembled in a clear plastic box with a silver ribbon tied around it and favor tags personalized with my and my husbands names. The ordering was easy. When I had a question, I e-mailed customer service and received a response the same day. I also received my items very quickly. I highly recommend this site to any new bride!

The transaction would have been a 5 - the request to confirm timely delivery prior to acceptance and placing of order was not heeded. With some follow up, I received both a note indicating that the merchandise could arrive on time and THE MERCHANDISE. The shipping artist was light-speed and shipped a very safely packed product. The only negative was the fact that I needed to know a time frame and would have ordered other items had my written request been acknowledged. I ordered the heart wine bottle stoppers as favors for my sisters bridal shower. I got them last week and they are beautiful. Better than I ever expected!!

I was extremely pleased with the selection for themed weddings. I found it easy to order and my shipment came on time. I appreciated that I was sent an email that not only told me all my shipping information, but also gave me a link so that I could track my shipment. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

I love the personalized save the date mint tins I requested. I searched the internet, and these were the only ones I could find that were appropriate for an engagement party. Many other sites had them only for wedding days. The tins are sure to add a little extra something special to our engagement party!

I looked other places on the internet for the same product and it was $2-$3 more expensive. My Wedding Favors was able to provide the same quality product for much less. Was unable to track progress of my order. From time the order was placed, I was unable to even verify that my order had been received. It wasn't until I received an email from them some time later, that I knew that in fact my order had been placed successfully. Hi! I had waited until the last minute, to order my three purchases. Something like the week or 10 days before the purchase. I was worried, but I needed them, and other things had kept me from getting to ordering them sooner. I let them know in their questionnaire on their website, that I needed my beach chairs and two other items by next Saturday, and asked if there would be any problems. I also lived on the East Coast, so I thought maybe it wouldn't be too risky for such a request for such a rush order. They emailed me right back and stated that they had two of my items on back order, and came up with solutions. They worked out great. Marvelous. It was Saturday, and off we ordered them, and waited. The UPS Truck arrived on Wednesday!!! I was ssssooooooooo excited!!! Plenty of time to get them sorted for my party. People loved the gifts, their beach chairs and sailboats they got to take home. Everything was great and beautiful except that out of my 48 candles, 8 came broken. I'm assuming that it was ups fault and not my wedding favors, but I was counting on those extra candles.

I only received 14 out of 15 of the candles I ordered and I never received my tags that I ordered for the candles before the event, so overall...it was ok. I loved the candles and everyone was extremely nice about things, but none the less it didn't go as hoped.

The favors came within 3 days of the order and the items were personalized! Excellent shopping experience!

They even called to see how I wanted them wrapped to be shipped. I thought that was great!

After contacting them via email and phone, I did not hear back for a few days. Once they returned the call, they were very accommodating and I received the shipment fast as requested. Although, they did not have the qty I requested in stock, options were given, and credits were made to my account for the difference. I will shop with them again.
